<description>A lot of times expanding is difficult when you are a one man show. We are to get the business, do the business, wrap up the loose ends, and everything in between. As a 10+ year business owner and coach, I found it was the paperwork that would hold me up. At some point you have to decide what your time is worth. Is is more profitable to to the admin, tax, etc work, or be the face of your business?

One of the three most important things you can do is get a virtual assistant to do the time-soaking tasks. The second is to get a coach or accountability partner that can help you keep your business on track. The third is to track your sales and expenses at all times If you don't want to use technical software like Quickbooks, you can try a tool I created to help the small business owner out call the Profit Tracker. You can check out information on this at http://tiny.cc/profittracker.

Good luck and God speed.
