I agree - customer service is so bad that our expectations are set lower than ever - and STILL we sometimes get disappointed!

I had a recent experience where I called a "24/7" service number of a wireless company that was "dedicated" to internet support. No one answered and I was transfered into their main phone queue, where eventually someone picked up and had no idea about the service I needed help with, they transfered me to another person, who transfered me back to the internet department, who was MIA... Very frustrating given that I had expected the phone to initially be answered by their "dedicated" internet support. So just meeting the expectations that you set up is the first step!
